It's my favorite weekend of the year (plus the first weekend in October). Eight hours of spiritual recuperating, plus listening to the nuances of Dieter Uchtdorf's gorgeous German accent.
And today we heard from President Samuelson! Oh, Cecil. I felt like I was back at BYU.

Unrelated, why do we say "take a gander"? Actually, I may be the only person in existence to use this phrase anymore, but it's definitely the second time I've said it this week. If you can enlighten, I'd be much obliged.

Bah, oh how I love Cecil. Have I ever told you about some of my experiences with him? Such a cute old man. Conference is pretty great too!

Agreed! ALl the talks were just so wonderful....seriously it is the best weekend of the year...it's even better than my birthday...and that's saying something!
