It's contagious/Is it killing you?

I listened to the new Taylor Swift album this week. It lives up to the hype.

But this song kept reminding me of a Regina Spektor song that I was remembering as completely opposite. Now I'm not entirely sure. I think they're more similar than I originally thought.
